Feb 2025. My doctor referred me to Advance Urologist. I called them to schedule a visit as a new patient. They never answer the phone when you call. It’s hard to get hold of them. It will go straight to voicemail, and the prompt will tell you not to leave multiple messages and that they will call you after 72 hours or something. BS! They never do.
