My office visit was for a followup from a COVID test previously in the week. The staff was very kind and helpful when I arrived for my appointment. When the nurse came in she listened to my symptoms and problems I was experiencing. She had a plan for tests and we got started. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. After the tests, Megan had figured out what I needed and sent me home. My experience with the office was great and I'm glad I came back for a followup.

Came in yesterday 9/22 was treated horribly they didn’t listen to a thing I had to say I was there for over an hour to be told they still didn’t know they refused to tell me if my insurance would cover a test I had to ask 4 times in tears to have the test ran so I could just leave while the doctor continued to try and argue with me explaining how sick pay works like I’m 5 the doctor told me I would have my tests results at 7 am today 9/23 I called at 8:30 cause still no test results and was treated like I was the problem and... read more
