Excellent visit. Sent me to hospital. 5 hours later found out I broke my nose, you predicted I broke something. You were correct.
This was my first experience with an urgent care, and it was positive all the way. I did not know I needed to make an appointment first, but the ease of check-in, scheduling an appointment within a few minutes and filling out paperwork, all using my phone, was excellent. Patient care was great. Staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only issue was there was not a x-ray technician on site so I went to the Broadlands location for the x-ray. The staff made my appointment and that visit was seamless as well.
Help me immensely with severe back pain that I had and set me on the right course and gave me some good information on follow-up, the doctor that I saw was amazing
Unfortunately a completely worthless experience. I brought my son in to have his wrist examined for a possible fracture and made an appointment ahead of time. While we were let into the room a few minutes after our appointment time, we had to wait nearly an hour and half to see the provider on a day when there were very few other patients around.
