Long story short: Do not go for cold/flu like illness as they seemingly no longer carry rapid COVID tests in office. No notes for the friendly and helpful receptionist and MA, wait time, or the clean and comfortable facility. To the credit of the provider who gave me the wrong advice - they were constricted by the lack of diagnostic tools given to them by Advanced Urgent care, so I cannot blame poor medical reasoning.
