I was at urgent care on sunday sept 8th 2026 I would like to thank dr James and the nurses who brought me food gave me oral antibiotics and an injection done by needle as I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I don't them I couldn't wait a prolonged period of time or I would not have a ride home..dr.james quickly wrote the orders for my pharmacy meds waited a short time to recheck my oxygen left to see if I could go home.gave me an ice pack for the thigh where I got my injection I hobbled out to the kaiser transport in plenty of t... read more

This may not reach the person that needs to see this but anyway...my relative is being seen at the Urgent Care and she's getting blood work done and the phlebotomist is eating in the lab!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL
