4 hours sitting in urgent lobby in severe pain. Wasnt given any ibuprofen after the doctor told me he would. Bathrooms were filthy. Security was having arguements with patrons. What am I even paying for? I come to the hospital once in a blue moon and everytime I've been here its awful. This hospital has no respect for their patients. I would have been better off just sitting at home resting. Website says they take md Medicaid but on the phone they said you have to be a Kaiser member to go to the urgent care
