Excellent care provided to my 6yo. He was seen, diagnosed, and trasnferred to a children's hospital for surgery within 2 hours. Dr Ihezie was kind, calm, and efficient. Nurse Ashley P started the fastest and most painless IV i've ever seen in a crying child! Nurse Sandy K took care of us as if we were family. Thank you!

4 hours sitting in urgent lobby in severe pain. Wasnt given any ibuprofen after the doctor told me he would. Bathrooms were filthy. Security was having arguements with patrons. What am I even paying for? I come to the hospital once in a blue moon and everytime I've been here its awful. This hospital has no respect for their patients. I would have been better off just sitting at home resting. Instead I sat in a lobby where you can't even lay on the chairs and with the exception of the doctor and radiologist, nobody cared abou... read more
