Scranton staff is very caring and help with anything you need as long as your polite to them back. The doctors are great! But the only thing i don't like is that its very disorganized... and when I say very i mean VERY.....
Only because a "zero" is not an option. Never again - will go back to Patient First instead if needed! Unprprofessional and rude staff, poor privacy (in that I could hear EVERYTHING being said in all the other patient rooms) HELLO HIPPA?!?!?! I was honestly wanting to leave, but needed done what I went for in a crunch! Never again and I highly recommend nobody every going here!
The Dr was extremely helpful the workers not so much. The people that you have to deal with to get to the Dr are extremely useless, cannot communicate with patients very well, luckily the Dr. was.
I visited the Dental side of Cityline Ave office. OMG what a wonderful experience I had with the Doctor and the Techs. I felt like i was in good hands. There was not long wait, I felt as though they cared about my comfort throughtout my treatment and they explained the process of my Deep Cleaning procedure in layman terms. I can highly recommend that office
