Not from Scranton, only for college, and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible rude nurses, Doctors were a complete mess. I had to take a urinary sample and when the Doctor walked in he was stumbling his words, could not look me in the eye, I had to ask him to repeat over and over, AND my urine was spilled all over him! A COMPLETE WRECK! How can i trust these people? Unwilling to work with my insurance and did not tell me about cost of samples and test until after! So disappointed, how is this still in business!?!?!?!

Staff and nurses have always been professional and kind to me. Doctors are helpful and professional, and they always make sure I'm OK and doing well at the end of my visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
Advanced urgentcare of willow Grove is the perfect place to go if you dont want to deal with emergency room drama and Dr Nick is a loving caring physician and owner my whole family has been there at least once and they all said they would go backups so if u see any bad reviews dont believe them as they are the impatient selfish Type of People who give everybody bad reviews five stars in my eyes
Took my son here to get checked out and they told me to go to an ER. Had us sitting in the waiting room with a crying baby for an hour. He needs and xray and they told me over the phone they could do it. The Doctor didnt even come in to see us. Never going here again and will make sure my friends and family dont either.
Great doctors great staff but they extended the waiting room and never added more doctors or or examination rooms .
