I love Advanced Urgent Care. Dr. Alzein and his staff of doctors and nurses are the best! I am always given the best of care and the best service when I need it, and believe me, I unfortunately need it a lot. I cannot give them enough praise! If I need to go to the hospital, they make sure I do. If they can treat me in the office, they always do. So, all I can say is they are great and thank you, thank you!
Went at 11:30 at night because of a possible blood clot. They drew blood and told me they were out of the materials to test it, so they SENT ME HOME and told me to go to a hospital the next day. Luckily, it wasn't a clot. Great bedside manner, but they didn't actually DO anything... and I'm still expected to pay the bill. EDIT: If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are now REFUSING to rebill my insurance (after they billed them WRONG) and expect me to pay the $200 (!!!!) it cost to get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE. EDIT: they co... read more

from the time i walked in, to the time i left everyone was amazing , very nice and professional. Dr. Alzein was great he came in a talked with me in detail.. and kept a sense of humor since he saw i was emotional... THUMBS UP on the entire STAFF.. PLace was so CLEAN and Decor was UNBELIEVABLE ...
I brought my dad because he was having problems with his throat and ear. We were so impressed with the facilty and the people who took care of us. Dr. Mohamed A. Mansour was probably the best doctor we have ever dealt with. He was very nice and patient with my dad. My dad is 87 years old. He explained everything so well that I couldn't thank him enough. We highly recommend ADVANCED URGENT CARE 24 hour to everyone. Yassen was very nice and very helpful. Thank you again.
