Advanced Urgent Care requires that you schedule an appointment through their system to receive COVID test results and then codes this is a telehealth visit. My results were negative and took less than a minute to receive. Even with insurance, I was charged a large amount for the results call as it was outside the initial telehealth call for symptoms and the actual test. This practice is well outside of industry standard for the times.
Terrible service waiting on covid results I was told 3-5 days it’s day 8 I have called everyday for the results I have spoken to a manager that stated she would call me back after talking to the lab over 24 hours later no return call this is such crap service having to babysit people to do their job it’s unacceptable and if I pulled this on my job I would be out of a job! Took 2 hours to get in and take a 2 minute hearing test for a new job. Never told me how long it would be Then in the hearing test I didn’t do that great because I could hear people outside the door talking
Actually see me for the appt I scheduled. Answer the phone!
