We recently purchased an Isuzu dump truck from Steve at Advance Truck. Steve was great to work with and delivered on all his promises. It was a bit uncomfortable at first with us being in Cleveland but Steve gave us confidence by providing many pictures and even did a video walk through of the truck before we took possession. We are very happy with the truck. Thanks again Steve!

Crooks. Placed order for the truck in August. He had it in his shop getting it "perfect" for a month and finally took delivery of it in October. Even bought the extended warranty he sold to me for $4500. Drove it 88 miles to a welder. Check engine light came on. Took it into Izusu dealer in Bridgeport who advised that the whole DEF system was rusted out. Warranty would not cover any of it because it was a "pre-existing condition". $15000 later I have my truck. Steve stopped responding to me. This guy and his business do not ... read more

Please don’t you ever do any business with this man, Steve, I bought a Isuzu box truck 3 days later my truck have electric issues, don’t want take any responsibility,saying that the truck was fine when I took, over 23,000 for truck I ended to bring my truck to Isuzu dealer and spend over 3,000 to fix the problem

I have been trying to buy a truck from this company for nearly a year, have called over a half dozen times with no call back from anyone. The website is advertising inventory they don't have, the woman answering the phone has a horrible attitude and is quite rude. I hope they an figure it out because it appears they have a lot of great inventory to offer (if it is in stock) but they need to get some new people in there with good personalities. I doubt I will continue to call to purchase anything from them.
