After having windows installed and a whole new roof installed by known companies, which were devastating experiences, my faith and trust in a company to install Seamless Metal Gutters was renewed. Very professional installation
These guys were all great from start to finish. Mark the sales rep and Scott the owner were knowledgeable and helpful. Josh and Mark who installed the gutters were wonderful! They work fast and are very efficient. They were very careful in cleaning up so our Schnauzer dogs wouldn't be stepping on anything sharp. The product and the service exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for new gutters. We are scheduled to get this done in a few weeks. The customer service was excellent. He walked us through the whole process and answered all questions. Very professional. We are excited to have this done.
Mark, the sale rep met at my convenience at my rental house. He really educated me about what needed to be done and how they would go about it. He noticed details that another company overlooked. He showed me WHY their materials and methods are superior. When the day finally came,, Scott, the owner had to deliver some materials to my site and introduced me to the crew; pleasant, courteous fellows. They added an extra downspout that didn't have a drainage and the backyard floods.
Business response:
If we added an extra downspout due to poor drainage conditions it would have been with our customers approval. Sometimes foundations settle to the point where gutters can't be ramped enough to get water to the next downspout in line. A choice has to be made at that point wether to allow the water to drain by adding a new downspout in that area or let the water sit. Your guys were efficient and did a really nice job. The gutters look great!
The salesman and the workers were very professional. They were carefull with our plantings and cleaned the work area when they were done. All in all we are very happy with the job.
