The entire process was "seamless". The salesman was very efficient and actually spent a lot of time explaining everything that was needed, and he did not upsell anything, but gave me options for future improvements. Scott's installation was done when I was away on a trip and it was done very nicely. I love my new gutters. What an improvement!!

I purchased a new covered gutter system installed by this contractor. The old gutter system was allowing water into our basement. The new gutter system has worked very well recently in the heavy rain and wind. This system was connected to a new dry well system installed by another contractor. This complete new roof drain system has kept our basement dry. The new gutter system has already attracted the interest of a neighbor to this contractor. Salesman had lots of samples for me to see. Very professional and concise help with selecting components. Work crew showed up on time, and were also very professional and courteous. Cleaned up when they were done so that you could not even tell that they were here. Job looks great! Very happy with my new gutters. I would definitely recommend them to others.
My only issue is the $100 extra for trimming some large 1 x 12 corner boards that should have been in the original estimate. 3 boards notched for $40 each is a bit high , the lead man said he'd settle for a $100 though even at that price I did not have the 4 on the second story notched.
