Nobody likes to get tranny work done...but these guys were amazing!!! Super easy to deal with. Quick and efficient. Everyone pleasant and very nice. Great communication with regards to our vehicle. Reasonably priced. And they stand behind their work...we had a minor little issue after picking our truck up, they told us to bring it back in and they’d take care of it, no questions asked. We feel they went above and beyond. GREAT JOB!!
Huge orchids to Advanced transmission and automotive, they did an amazing job and in a timely manner, and never expected such a easy experience with having warranty work, they took care of everything with no hassle , hands down amazing and highly recommend them! After 4 weeks of hell. They were not able to stop a oil leak that we didn't have when we brought truck to them. No follow up on parts. The only reason I give them one star , So I can leave this.
The amount of gratitude I have for these guys is overwhelming. I recently traveled from California to Texas, and ended up having some mystery car trouble just outside of Lake Havasu City. Larry and his crew not only took excellent care of my Volkswagen Beetle to figure out the problem, but they patiently explained to me exactly what was going on with the car, and Larry even FaceTimed with my father back in CA to tell him what was going on! These are INCREDIBLE people!! The PIERCE'S We found ourselves i quite a predicament when our tow car which gets us around town when we travel just up and quit on us. Another mechanic said he could get us in but not until tomorrow. We found Advanced and they not only got us in right away the diagnosed the problem in minutes and we were back on the road in just a couple hours!! Thank you all SO MUCH !!!
