Outstanding service from the administration personnel who assisted in scheduling and answering several questions to Teddy during his service call to our house. We have a wee bit older geothermal unit and Teddy was systematic in his troubleshooting approach. Professional and knowledgeable to say the least. We called because of a punctured line causing a hissing air leak into our home and the absolutely wonderful kind man who answered the phone was not only able to walk us through the steps to take but also went above and beyond in reassuring us that we were safe and not to worry!
