Was skeptic – Had pain for a couple months in my neck along with headaches. I was taking some meds for a while which only made me sleepy. I decided to go and see Mr. Widmann because I heard through the grapevine, so to speak that he was and excellent Therapist. I had a splitting headache the day that I first saw him and after the session the headache was gone. Best massage in town – I work out a lot so I go in for deep muscle massages, and I just have to tell him were it hurts. He will work out the kinks!!! Plus, he will advise you of stretches that can be done to help relieve issues before they do become painful problems.

Hamstrings, Glutes....Glutes, hamstrings. – Running has been a passion of mine for most of my life and I have recently started having intense pain in my hamstrings and glutes. Increased my strength for a competition! – I came in to get a "tune-up" before a weight-lifting/hand strength competition and had no acute injury that I was dealing with. Jeff listened to what my needs were and tailored the work he did on me to the areas we agreed made the most sense to work on. The bodywork was great; it was amazing that Jeff could push on an area in my forearm and almost make me fall asleep instantly due to the deep relaxation it evoked. Informative – My name is Jake Watson(using someone else's profile). I was really glad that my wife and I found Jeff. She was suffering from some knee pain, and I've had on and off shoulder pain for a long time. Jeff helped us both figure out what was causing these problems and didn't just treat the symptoms. Relief for knee pain – I had been suffering from knee pain for over 6 months and not knowing the cause had no idea what to do about it. Great solution for pain – I first started going to Jeff in 2002 for lower back pain. After a few sessions and his instructions regarding a lot of stretching, some adjustments in my workout I was able to completely eliminate my lower back problems. Deep tissue massage that he does is incredible!

I was searching for some relief with my fibromyalgia and sought the services of Jeff Widmann. A friend of mine with MS had seen him and he was very helpful. Jeff suggested myofascial release and worked on me for about an hour. The pain had diminished significantly. I know that there is no cure for my issue but Jeff is able to make my life alot better by decreasing any flare ups when they arise.

finally some deep tissue – I've been looking for a deep tissue massage and every place that I tried did the soft gentle slather on oil thing. I hate that. I wanted very deep bodywork so I feel like its doing something. I found Jeff in the yellow pages. He does very deep work like I like but with a twist. He's very into the proper mechanics of the body and working to increase full range of movement. We talked about yoga stretches that I could do to help with my movement issues. Hes great and I'll be back.
