arthritic pain – I have aches caused by arthritis throughout my whole body and Jeff has been able to decrease the pain within tolerable levels. I know I will never be pain free but with Jeff's help life has been alot easier to face.

getting to the point – Jeff was able to understand and apply his skills to the problem area better than 4 others I tried previously. I will definetely come back for another session.

chronic headaches – I've had headaches for about three months after a car accident. I went to the chiro. and totally hated the adjustments. I was advised by the chiro. to see Jeff Widmann for Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Triggerpoint work. After meeting with Jeff he worked on me for about an hour. The pain dropped by 75%. I was thrilled and booked another session. After 5 sessions the pain hasnt been back. I will see Jeff again for some Deep tissue Massage for preventative maintenance. I high recommend him.

Great Trainer – After working with a trainer who was quite saddistic I started having leg cramps and could barely walk. I met Mr. Widmann through a friend of mine who uses his services as a Personal Trainer and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and decide to give him a call. He was able to work me in and worked on my legs. He did some slow deep massage therapy on my legs and hips and after the session I was walking alot better. Doc gets relief – Jeffrey Widman is an awesome therapist. I had seen him for a nagging headache that made my eye throb. Atfer treating me with myofascial release and deep tissue massage the headache was gone. Thanks again Jeff.

I thought that I would try some deep tissue massage and found Jeffrey on the internet. His site looked very professional and thats what I got, a professional. He was very helpful with questions that I had . The massage was very relaxing and I felt so much better. He suggested some stretches for me to do and said that I can call him any time if I had any more questions. Hes definately a listener. I'll be back next week.

upper back pain – I had met Jeff one day at the gym through a mutual friend. He told me what he did for a living and I ask him for some advice about my upper back. He showed me some strethes that may help and he was right they did help. I called Jeff a few days later and wanted to try his services to see if I could get rid of the rest of the discomft in my back. because I'm overweight doesnt mean I have to have pain – I had some severer pain pain for about a year and every Doctor and Chiro. told me that I had to live with the pain because of my weight. A friend of mine suggested that I see Jeff Widmann a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist. I went to see him on a weekend.He was very informative and didnt mention anything about my weight. oh what a relief it is – I was dealing with some low back pain for several months and just couldnt stand it any more. I was referred to Jeff Widmann from my family Doctor who had seen Jeff for a neck issue. I went to see him within a few days and to my supprise after a couple sessions the pain reduced quite abit and after five sessions i was running pain free. He has helped me so much ,I hated thinking that I would have to stop running. I will see him on a monthly basis for pain prevention.
