I had a meeting with Alex and im sure is would of been easy for him to try to convince me I needed his services but he was completely honest. I greatly appreciate his integrity.
Went in to get one year of back taxes completed. I was told I would get help dealing with the IRS and they filed them and now I have a bill due in two weeks from IRS. So they just filed them and walked away. Now after paying almost 900 dollars to Advance tax solutions, I have to negotiate with the IRS on my own. Definitely not the result I was promised when I spoke to Alex at my initial meeting. Every day I hear their commercials promising help and hope but they did not deliver for us. Met with Alex this morning about some complex tax questions. He was a very cool guy. He offered some advice and even said to call or email him if I had any other follow up questions. No charge for any of this either. Daniela at the front desk was very nice and Monet who took my call was also very kind. Professional people, who know that good service is good business.
