I would love to tell people about how great this place is, but I'd be lying to you. I am a US veteran, in Jan I had surgery at the VA in Temple, I encountered complications. Long story short, the surgeon referred me back to my PCP, they in turn referred me to an outside urologist, where I was given 2 options, try pain Management or have my testicle surgically removed. Ive always had a wonderful experience at this SURGERY CENTER. The staff and Nurses,,and the DOCTORS are the "BEST". I Definitely would recommend this SURGERY Center to FAMILY and FRIENDS
The SOUTH location of advanced surgical center is a wonderful place with fantastic staff. I cant Say enough good things about everyone from the front desk to the nurses and my discharge nurse. My nurse anesthetist listened to my concerns and her clinical acumen allowed for her to come up with a drug protocol that works best for me personally. I can’t thank them enough for making a difficult and scary day for me a little safer and incredibly smooth.
The front desk staff for the APC MoPac Surgical Center are rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. The waiting room and reception area are small. So you can hear everything. Every snide joke, every audible sigh, every personal story, even patients personal identifying information and medical details, at times. You would think it was the back of a kitchen with how rowdy they get. This seems to be the only location where the office staff behave in this manner.
