We had a 9 am appt. We drove 150 mile to get here, stayed the night before to make sure we were on time and arrived this morning to be told they are running 1 hour behind. My wife was instructed no food or drink stating at midnight we are now at noon a she is just being finally called in. This is disrespect in the highest degree for other people’s time. Would not recommend this service at all
Dr Taylor’s staff are very helpful.
The service friendliness and professionalism by the front staff about six months ago was much better. Communication was better. This new staff is not good. I give them zero. The back isn’t as good. They lied to use last time about why they didn’t sedate him and didn’t give him any warning. Lies and excuses. We love our doctor but they deserve better for their patients. Asked for sedation, then was available, then not available, then moderate available. Very confusing. Staff were ok, but just the availability of service was not good. Didn’t find out until day of procedure.
