I have had two surgeries there now. The care and professionalism is top notch as well as the friendliness and empathy.
Surgery can be a scary thing, but every member of the team made it seem so easy. I have never felt so cared for by a team of medical professionals! The nurses, doctors and office staff here truly have a passion for customer experience. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jones and the team. Every part of the process was explained to me in detail. I knew how much my procedure would cost before I had it so there were no surprises.
