Pathetic service to say it mildly. There isn’t an option for negative rating. We went in for emergency medical care for sports trauma case at 9:00 PM just to be attended at 11:45 PM for XRay and early morning for radiologist to provide us XRay report. The lady at front desk behaved as if it is free service. Kept questioning what is the meaning of emergency and with feeling of helplessness .. As they clearly cannot provide the medical care, it should be closed.
Best hospital, Dr and nurses are wonderful and compassionate
I have had a very rough couple of months with health issues. I have had to come to THL a few times and each time I received the most amazing, compassionate care. Units I was on: ER,3E,3W, ICU,4E,4W,Dialysis, and to the Doctors, PT/OT, Clerks, kitchen staff and anyone else I may have missed: thank you so much. I am so grateful to have met all of you. Your smiles and dedication and love for your job helps so many people.
A close family member was admitted here and I needed to drop off personal things and I had minor questions. I understand that ER can get very busy but the lady working the front desk just made me feel really shitty and I was just trying to communicate that I only needed to know visiting hours and that I wanted to make sure her stuff would be safe so if anything wasn't allowed in, I would be able to take it back home and expressed concern that I wouldn't want her stuff lost or thrown away.
