Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Roberts is competent with a good bedside manner. Unfortunately there is a communication issue within their office. First, I had a surgery scheduled which I found out the day of the surgery was accidentally cancelled. Another patient had called and cancelled and they cancelled my surgery instead.
