Sorely disappointed as former member over one year. Staff became increasingly rude (agree with other reviews on that). Members who walk in should be fast tracked instead of told they need to decrease minutes or that ultra bronze beds are booked. If the place is that busy, get more ultra bronze beds and put the HS chippys in the back cleaning. Need mature, customer focused, front desk person who understands products. The smoothie thing is a distraction and there are no comfortable seats for waiting. Location is very convenien... read more

Good beds, but bad service and obnoxious girls that are too busy talking and giggling with one another to be of any real help.
If youre not a size 2 and arent a cheerleader, dont bother! The staff is a bunch of HS snobs that could care less if youre there or not. Service was terrible, staff wasnt knowledgeable on the beds, too busy eating smoothies and laughing than cleaning a dirty bed. Was of time!!!

This tanning place is clean and the booths are great! After researching when lookin for a salon, I found that this company was rated in the "Top 250 Looking fit" out of the 30,000 salons nation-wide, and they are also certified in order to have the knowledge necessary for their job!! I was floored by the place! The girls at the Maumelle one are the nicest out of the three salons.
