A horrible experience. Lack of communication with staff. No returned phone calls with nurses, supervisors, or doctor. Lost my Dad's glasses and teeth and pretty sure someone stole his wedding ring. With Covid, you don't know what is happening behind closed doors and what type of care the patient is receiving so staff should keep families updated daily. Would not recommend this facility to anyone.
They never answer phones. my mother got covid in here. went to pick up her personal belongings and there was moldy sandwich and cake in the bag!!
Supposed to take my step father to get clearance to begin physical therapy. “Forgot” to set up his appointment. Another week of sitting there and doing nothing before being cleared to begin therapy. I’m sure they’re billing his insurance for every available dime though. Patients go 5-7+ days without being bathed/able to shower. Little to know attention given. Would not recommend this place to anyone. A state run prison might be a better option.
Sell it to responsible people.

They have some of the best employees. They truly care about their patients.
They refuse to follow my requests. The nurses and doctors tell me they are going to do something and they never follow through. They do not have special diets for cardiac and diabetics. My husbands kidney doctor wrote a script for a diuretic to relieve swelling in his ankles so that he would not go into congestive heart failure or renal failure and they have not followed his instructions. Some Lpn don't know how to talk to Aides. I use to work there. I loved the residents but there was to many cheifs and to little Indians.
