Can someone tell me if they're having issues with her connection in Tacoma. I don't have any connection and I would like to know from them when is the connection will be restored
We just moved to the area two months ago. They have shut off our service unexpectedly, with no notice twice because someone connected to our network is sending spam emails. We have paid our bills on time. They said if it happens again, we will be banned from Click permanently. We've changed our router password, scanned our computers (no viruses) but its out of our control. They have no solutions for us. Terrible customer service. Switched to ASB from Rainier due to issues with connectivity and streaming in the evening. It's been 2 months and I've been experiencing the same thing. Tried everything short of buying a new router. Will change my review when the problem is fixed.
I haven't had any problem with my internet. The price is compatible with Comcast. There customer service is great too. I have any problem they fixed it right away. Thank you Advanced Stream.
