RecommendedHad spotty wifi with other company and no problems with Advance Stream
If I had known that my 1 year internet subscription would only give me 3 months of possible Internet from Advanced Stream before their contract with Click was cancelled, I would have chosen the pay by month option. They said they were hopeful partners - fingers crossed, while all pertinent information came from their competitor. The good news is that I now pay $13 less per month for more than twice the Internet speeds with Rainier Connect. Gladly moving on, but mad about my misplaced trust in Advanced Stream.
Love the service you provide. I sure wish I knew what is truly going on with this Rainier Connect situation.

Yes I would advice anyone to get Advance if they can. They are great and any problem I have had they fix. Click installs the modem and Advance stream hooks it up. But I have had no problems......
tell us how long or provide eta during outages. viewing and replying to the messages is not easy for emails.
What company besides Advanced Stream makes you pick up your own modem and fails to tell you that? So here you sit the DAY of your installation waiting and waiting for the tech and then you are informed you must PICK UP your own modem! Why does Advanced Stream charge forty dollars for installation that CLICK PERFORMS?
Advanced Stream has by far surpassed my expectations for internet services! I have been a customer for three and a half years now and at first only got them for what I thought would be temporary but here I am! Everytime I've spoken to an associate at their local office they're always pleasant and informative too. Sure, internet speeds could always be faster but honestly I rarely ever experience lag unless we have bad weather in the area.
