Hours are horrible if u have a day job don’t expect to get ahold of these people lol just got internet installed and the guy who came said just plug in your router and it will work immediately, that was four days ago but still no internet service now I’m waiting for the office to open considering Comcast at this point

Really advanced stream? Don't worry. I'll call you guys tomorrow. For more than 10 years we've been with you and for the last 5 you seem to disappoint me. I'm paying for up to 20 Mbps for $59.95 plus tax and I'm actually only receiving 1.34 mbps. Meaning you guys need to pro-rate me $32.95. I've been doing the unplug and replug on my outlet, leaving it offline for more than 10 minutes and yet still a low mbps. It's been like this since May. I've been a customer since 2001 and we have had great service!
The only place in town that has bankers hours when the internet is down. You may want to consider another service provider of you want 24/7 support. They definitely make it obvious when the problem is on their end, you'll get a busy signal when you call. Boo!!!
