Ive been calling everyday to make an appointment but i just get put on hold for a hour then they answer and hang up on me. Really need a new system. Ive been going to this doctor for 3 years and he is a great doc it just seems like the staff isnt trained right
This is tge worst pain managment office i ever been to the doctore is wonderful but the staff s horriable. Lindsey is the only one who knows what is going on or how to do things. The office manager is horriable. She does absolutly nothing then when it comes up she just blames it on who ever is not around to defend themselfs. Every time i see her she is stuffing her face with food. I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 45 min and then she was very rude.
