I have varicose vein symptoms and went to the ASAP Gilbert office for help. The doctor was Dr. Marc Eckhauser, and he was in my insurance network. The initial office visits were comforting and promising. The staff members were friendly. The doctor seemed to know what should be done and had confidence. Then, things started to become interesting. There are much better places out there. They sent me to get an MRI and scheduled a few rounds of shots. I showed up for the first round, and the location for the shots was not the same area where we had an MRI done. The doctor had no plans to review the MRI with me ($500 gone) and just told me that I had a bulging disk in my neck in the surgery room when I insisted he review it. They are also out of network and did not inform me until after I showed up in pain and paid another $500. The whole situation was shady and fine-tun... read more

I’m leaving. As another reviewer recently said, they have dropped the ball on my pain medication prior authorization multiple times now. Had to go without pain meds for a weekend because doctor refused to do anything. Was in SO much pain. Left a couple calls, went in person, saw 2 different doctors, the issue is still not fixed. They have not respected me, have certainly not treated me how they would want to be treated, and I’m done.
