I found there patient portal impossible to get into. After 3 attemps you get kicked out. Bet I tried 15 times. Yesterday i had an appointment at ASAP ,brought with me my iPad and was determined to get help and succeed before leaving the office. One office worker tried numerous times for me to set up an account and was unsuccessful. Another gal took my iPad and after numerous attempts and rejections for not liking my username ..she was successful!! It was suggested I write a review. Very unprofessional. They didn't send any paperwork or appointment info until an hour before my appointment.I waited for 45 minutes in the office and I was still not seen. The staff was more interested in screwing off, joking and laughing and just ignoring me. I was the only one there. When I spoke up, the lady was VERY condescending. Needless to say, I had to go. 1 star because they let me use the restroom.
Had a very good experience with Dr. Leatham . Injection went well and helped reduce my pain.
