My brother Jim was recently discharged after making GREAT progress and improvements. He had excellent care here! All the staff we met were kind, caring and interested in his welfare, that includes nurses, aides, therapists, rehab staff, receptionists, cleaning crew and most of all the doctors. Thank you all!!
Worst place ever. Employees look miserable. Therapists are rude. Some doctors blonde nurse is beyond rude and shouldn't be allowed to care for digs let alone people! Go somewhere else
One doctor's nurse that comes to see patients is the rudest and worst I have ever seen. Another nurse "educator" can't seem to crack a smile. Food is beyond bad and the whole place filthy. Customer service? A joke. Therapy? A joke. Get rid of management and things might improve
If I didn't have to give even one star, I would not. I have never seen such rudeness from a nursing staff. From the top on down. Filthy environment. Go somewhere else. The two good reviews on here were probably from the management trying to keep their job. I'm wondering who do they think they are? It isn't just one employee but most. That attitude says a lot.
