most of the negative reviews are old, plus, they have the wrong facility. They are 2 separate buildings . 1. Specialty Hospital at 1015, and other is Advanced Health Care 955 Garden Lake Pkwy. which share the parking lot. I am very impressed with the Hospital. All employees are friendly and caring thru out. These patients are very ill. and under acute care. I would recommend any of my family or friends here if ever the need should arise. All rooms are private and big. Facility is clean and well kept. I wanted to thank all the nurses, aides, housekeeping staff, physicians and especially the receptionist Chris, and everyone else that helped me get better. I could not have done this without you . Thank you all.
My brother Jim was recently discharged after making GREAT progress and improvements. He had excellent care here! All the staff we met were kind, caring and interested in his welfare, that includes nurses, aides, therapists, rehab staff, receptionists, cleaning crew and most of all the doctors. Thank you all!!
Worst place ever. Employees look miserable. Therapists are rude. Some doctors blonde nurse is beyond rude and shouldn't be allowed to care for digs let alone people! Go somewhere else
One doctor's nurse that comes to see patients is the rudest and worst I have ever seen. Another nurse "educator" can't seem to crack a smile. Food is beyond bad and the whole place filthy. Customer service? A joke. Therapy? A joke. Get rid of management and things might improve
If I didn't have to give even one star, I would not. I have never seen such rudeness from a nursing staff. From the top on down. Filthy environment. Go somewhere else. The two good reviews on here were probably from the management trying to keep their job. I'm wondering who do they think they are? It isn't just one employee but most. That attitude says a lot.
