Switched providers because they do not have a flexible schedule. Sonographers only available 11-2pm. Multiple offices but not available 40 hours a week. Run fast! DANA LICO, the “ultrasound tech” is a horrible unprofessional lunatic. Not Only did she tell my husband and I the Sex of our child, after we said we are not finding out, she also told us It looks like our child has a tumor. She ruined my last pregnancy. My son was born perfect with no issues. Dana Lico also told my cousin her child has cystic fibrosis. Someone that went to “school” for 10 months, diagnosing illnesses. Truly the worst handful of doctors I have ever dealt with. As someone who works in healthcare it’s truly sad how they treat patients.. You are a number and they do not care to help. An endocrinologist from Stony Brook said they do not trust them and suggested a new office that I now love! RUNNNN
I want to share my wonderful experience i had today. Dana R. the sonographer made it a memorable and joyous anatomy scan. She is professional and kind. I had to go out of my way to leave this review today because she is a true professional. Thank you again !
Absolutely horrible experience. The front desk staff was beyond rude—like they were completely untrained and couldn’t care less. No apology, no professionalism, nothing. I drove an hour and a half to get here, and because I was just a little late they basically told me to leave. Zero transparency, zero sympathy. When I tried to rebook, they were snappy and disrespectful, acting like I was the problem. The doctor wasn’t any better—just rushing patients in and out like it was an assembly line.
