I’ve read such great reviews about these doctors but after speaking with reception multiple times I am so turned off from this practice. I am trying to find an OBGYN moving from out of state. I was hung up on after being on hold three times. When I finally got through to a receptionist, she explained that you don’t just get seen in the Commack office, they can schedule at any of their offices. Lake groove much nicer staff ! Front desk so rude , whispers and if you don’t understand they will give you a major attitude. Love the Dr. tho

So far so good with the midwives! I'm in my 22nd week and I just switched over my care from another OB office about 6 weeks ago. They take their time explaining everything and make me feel very comfortable and confident in my pregnancy.

I am honestly so upset. Kelly & Angela (front desk receptionist) were so rude over the phone. The availability is horrible. They hung up on me. I had to call and wait through the answering service 3 times. I do not recommend this office, very unprofessional. This is my normal GYNO and now I have to find somewhere else to go.

I don’t even know where to begin, but I used to genuinely look forward to coming to this practice every week. Dr. Choi is absolutely amazing, so kind and compassionate, like sugar dipped in honey. Both she and Dr. Bernasko were incredibly supportive, always answering my questions and making me feel completely comfortable. The service here is truly exceptional.
