Waste of time. I brought my mom beginning of the November dr wanted her to do MRI and it’s been a month since Nov 10th I am keep calling regarding her authorization they never took authorization from insurance. One Lady answered the call and told she will call us and she never call us. Also she lied about they don’t have insurance info and she left a voice message for me which I never received . I wish there was an option for no stars. I made an appointment here, and the first question I asked was if the insurance was accepted. The next available appointment was 3 months in the future, so I waited. A week before the appointment I called to confirm the time, and was told it was cancelled because the provider is out of town. I rescheduled, again for a month in the future, called again to confirm the time of the appointment and was told the insurance wasn't covered. After waiting 4 months.
