They are terrible with prescriptions they told me I had to go to a eye doctor for monjuaro that was three weeks ago and I went to stony brook to make it easier i even called the eye doctor myself and I had it faxed to them then called back to inform them I am still waiting . I called the on call doctor hours ago because I am completely out of insulin and I still did not receive a call back three hours later

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this office. After over two months of waiting and leaving constant messages, I never received a call back to schedule an appointment. Each time I contacted them, the staff promised to get back to me, but it never happened. If you’re looking for medical help, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this office is not worth your time.

I was referred to make an appointment at this location and called the office about 7 or 8 times and every time I was told someone would call me back to make an appointment. No one has ever called me back and whenever I call the office I just get one excuse after another so clearly the office staff are not doing their jobs or have no desire to help make an appointment. I ended up making an appointment at the Hauppauge location instead.
