The practice has always seemed perfectly fine. I have a significant hearing challenge and I've been to audiologists across the country and at some of the biggest centers available. Not dentist different from what you get here. My hearing aid tuning has taken time, but that's not an exact science. I did not have any of the problems the other reviewers state - they accept my insurance and I've never had sufficient getting the office on the phone.
When my daughter needed hearing aids I went to this practice because it was "in-network." It turned out the audiologists were not and I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. I would never go back to this practice and would advise anyone else from doing so for this reason.
very bad experience. you will never reach them by the phone. and you have to wait for about 1hr and then just reschedule another time
