Extremely unprofessional practice. Waited until after they’d billed my insurance over $2000 for two visits to tell me they wouldn’t proceed with my allergy shots. The reason they wouldn’t proceed was because I asked for a copy of my testing for my own review after my first appointment and they didn’t want to give it to me. I have posted a previous review for Dr. Vo and I would like to post one more. I can’t say enough about her as a doctor and about her as a human. Her knowledge compassion and bed side manner are bar none. We feel very blessed that We have found her as our daughter’s doctor. She is never too busy to get back to me with labs, questions, or Concerns In this day and age it’s a rarity! We highly recommend her!!

Dr. Shah is both arrogant and ignorant. A dangerous combination. I had a 9am appointment, only to end up waiting and eventually watching the doctor saunter in at 9:20 and ended up seeing her at 9:30. When I finally saw Dr Shah, she had little interest in spending 5 mins hearing my allergy history. After I managed to inform her I'd had success with immunotherapy via sublingual drops, she told me they don't work and the only solution was coming in 2-3 days a week for allergy shots.
