If I could leave zero stars I would . Our two kids needed some extra dental work so we decided to use advanced specialty Anesthesia to assist us . They reached out to our insurance and said everything was approved and we could proceed . Never once did they mention a possibility of not being approved . We procedure to have services performed . 3 months later we get a bill for $3000 saying they failed in getting insurance to cover . Horrible! The Practice Administrator, Sarah, Pre-payment and Insurance, Der who we both talked to hung up on us as we explained how Tricare works. Absolutely horrible customer service and if you are upset because they do not understand how an insurance company works, to include that you would pay the amount up front and then work with the insurance they automatically remove you from the schedule. This team is amazing!! They made an otherwise stressful pediatric dental surgery go smoothly and really seemed to have a loving stamp on all that they did. They went out of their way to put this Mama heart at ease. Super gentle and sweet with my little girl and that care did not go unnoticed! Thank you!
Amazing! Jayme was the one that helped my daughter today with her anesthesia, absolutely professional, thorough and took the time to ease any anxiety that came about. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an understanding team, wonderful communication, and time spent with their patient to get them comfortable before a procedure, during and after.
