RecommendedI recommend there here to address the needs of their client's.They have a team put together to help you with your specific needs . I have always rented with private owners in the past feeling a property management company would be difficult to work with or they wouldn't be considerate of one's specific needs.I no longer feel that way as far as ASPM goes. I have and will continue to recommend them.
These people are horrible! Go ANYWHERE else but here! They are a bunch of liars!!!
due to liz gowen lack of communication and property management I will never rent from nor recommend. was told they would re-paint 4plex to update and fix parking lot.. no lines and pot holes. never once got painted or the lot fixed.. just smoke to get me to rent the place and sign contract. when something does happen with rental they try and put off you as fault with no haste of repair. "slumlord"
they evicted my daughter who has two mentally disable because she withheld her, so her and her children could have a heater. Which they never had heater for 7 years. my daughter was paying full rent for 7 years, management knew about it. The heater was red tag the response was eviction
I am very impressed with this company! I ended up with some issues in my rental the first week I moved in and they did everything possible to get me into a new rental that was even better! They were accommodating and completely understanding of my needs. They were prompt and efficient and really exceeding my expectations!
wow same problem for over six months. and now they are tearing up the walls, floor, and removed water heater. where exactly do they expect the tenants to stay? and wow no way Liz Gowen is getting a penny from me till these problems are solved.
I love Advanced Solutions! Liz and her team do their best to make you feel at home!
