Dr Horowitz n his staff have been exceptional in providing me with my jaw device … and with the best in follow up care! This sure beats a CPAP machine in addressing sleep apnea….They have also done an outstanding job in followup with my insurance carrier to make sure i was re imburshed for a good percentage of my original costs….Thank you Gina, Cindy n Hannah…. I appreciate you !
