We were turned away after arriving and were told that they could note take us in on the night we arrived because they were full. After we went home I called them and said that we would not return unless they confirmed that we were, in fact on scheduled. We never received a call back yet were billed.
After 1 month. I still have yet to receive my titration test results. No response from messages, email or phone calls.
The clinical test was administered in a professional manner. But there are problems in the office.
My technician, Patrick, was great! Very patient and kind and brought me a reading lamp so I could read my book and calm down for my study.
The technician was five star I’ve had at least seven sleep studies and she was by far the most professional. making me feel comfortable and well informed of Process. Great job!
