Never got my results
Very comfortable facility, great sleep specialist technician handled my sleep study. The administration is a little disorganized regarding paperwork, did not have me on the facility schedule, but the sleep specialist did some research and found my appointment on the computer. Not his fault at all! I had asked them to send me registration paperwork ahead of time, twice, and never received it so I had to fill it our when I arrived.
Took my son in for the study and Andrew, the tech, was awesome. He walked my son through everything and explained what each of the wire was for. He talked to him as a person, not a child and just had a conversation with him. Made the experience that much easier and helped to ease my son’s nerves.
Supposed to get results and recommendations to primary care physician in 2 weeks, which is very slow. Called it 10 days ago, said they will do it ASAP. Has been 4 weeks and nothing. Worst ever experience, fail. Do NOT recommend, will NOT visit again by choice.
