Staff is wonderful! It is a bit overpriced in my opinion, but what isn't in Canada now a days. Its got plenty of storage units.
Both attendant ( Mathew and William) were super friendly and helpful. Looked at units and warehouse nice and clean. We are taking a 10 by 10 unit on the promotional deal
Very helpful staff in setting up the account and the storage. Great facility too. Very clean and accessible. Really appreciated the staff answering the phone and answering questions directly.
For the majority of the 4 yrs, everything has been great, place is very clean, professional staff. My only complaint is the bathroom was locked, so you'd have to go all the way to the office to get the key, go back all the way to the bathroom, then all the way back to the office and then back to the locker!!! But on a stat, the bathroom was left unlocked???? Why not leave the washroom open if staff are there? However, everything else was good and should I need another locker, then I'll be back.
