Called multiple high rated roofing companies. They all had different prices and stories about what needed to be done. Advanced Roofing Systems sent a professional who took dozens of photos and explained exactly what our issues were and what needed to be done. No other company did that. We ended up replacing our roof which they did in just a couple of days. The workers and foreman (Carlos) were communicative and respectful. Advanced Roofing Systems recently completed our roof replacement. They were on schedule, kept our property clean, has clear and responsive communication and we are pleased with the results. They had no problem working with the HVAC on our roof and even detected an existing repair required with our HVAC. It was very helpful that they brought it to our attention.
