Mark Silva with Advanced Roofing Systems was awesome to work with. He was here with the insurance adjuster at the onset and followed the job through completion. Very professional and dealt with my insurance company personally. I had my roof and gutters done along with Solar panels removed. I literally had to do very little in all of the coordinating of work. I can say that the prompt replacement of both mine and my parents/neighbors roofs was painless. Advanced was able to guide us through the claim process to assure us that we would be treated fairly. Once the crews were on site, they were nonstop until the work was complete. The inspector that closed out our permit said that Advanced had high marks with his peers.

I called Marc on a referral from a good friend when a catastrophic rainstorm caused severe leakage inside my house. He came by the next day and immediately found the problem and personally did a temporary repair. He was friendly, competent and honest. I'm still dealing with the insurance company but when the claim is final there's no question I'll use him for whatever final roof repairs or replacement is required. -Ron S.
