Please Read Before You Call I had a 12pm apt with Mark the Owner of all people. 12 pm shows up no call/no show. One of his workers said hes running late and its 12:30 pm. I waited almost 10 extra minutes and went about my day. I texted Mark that no communication is a red flag. He told me there was traffic on the freeway which i checked and there was not. Great experience working with Jaden getting a new roof through insurance after a storm. They did a great job communicating through the whole process! Insurance originally came back only approving a partial replacement but Jaden/Mark talked with the insurance agency and got it flipped to a full replacement, just paid the deductible. Highly recommend to anyone.
Mark and team were spot on, great price. Transparent and spot on communication. Really made us feel it was a really smart investment for our newly built custom home
I would highly recommend, they delivered on their promises. They were there for every step of the process working with the insurance company and they finished the roof in one day. Mark and Jaden were very patient and transparent. I also got a great warranty.
