RecommendedDr. King is such a good Dr. very caring for you as a person and for your health of your eyes.. the staff is friendly and willing to help to pick out glasses to fit your style and look. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. King
While we absolutely love Dr. King, we cannot deal with her incredibly rude office staff. This seems to be an ever growing problem in their office as many people I know that saw Dr. King have moved on to another doctor due to similar experiences with with the office staff.
I went last year and was not happy with the service. They scheduled a follow up appt without notifying me or asking me and then gave me a hard time when I called them to cancel it after receiving a text I didn't ask to receive. They scheduled appts for myself and my son for one year from our last exams without asking and then sent text reminders. I had to call again to cancel appts that I never even scheduled. Worst office staff and practices of any doctors office I have ever visited!!
These people do not know how to properly bill. Be very careful or you will be stuck paying hundreds of dollars that insurance would pay if billed correctly. CEO and office staff are rude and unprofessional. CEO actually hung up on me while I was speaking to her.
Dr. King is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has great concern for your eye health. Also, she is very professional in her care for your eyes. The entire staff is well informed and trained in each of their functions and each is anxious to ensure that you get the best care available!
I have been happy with the service, my family have been patients for 8 or 9 years. Dr. King and her associates take their time with patients, explaining everything thoroughly, and I have been especially happy with how patient Dr. King has been with my son, who is autistic. I highly recommend Dr. King and her associates.
This business has the worst office management in Rockford area. Because of their crappy billing I am being forced to pay $100 inept people!
I am very pleased with the service and the cost here. Everyone is friendly, yet professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend them and have already done so.
