Yes going through this process is rough on family's and yes they do seem to be rude but at the end of the day I'm so glad that I didn't let them doing what they do best make me change my mind. I am grateful and would tell that to the world because they gave me to beautiful kids first try. I should have done the review a long time ago. But it's done now YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB. THANKS

The doctors at this clinic may be educated but they will keep information from you that you have a right to know. They are extremely rude, condescending and highly disrespectful. This is a difficult and trying time for families and they run people away with their lack of respect and compassion.
