Me and my wife and children have been in a rental through Advanced Rent for close to two years. They are amazing. Lauren is always very helpful with maintenance concerns and we've never had to worry. They offer flexible options for us as far as month-to-month vs. lease. If you've ended up in a property ran by these guys, take a breath of fresh air. It's a straightforward and easy experience.
We stayed in one of their property for one year and we loved so much living there. It was a clean, super safe and comfortable place to live. We still miss the neighborhood. Lauren from Advanced Rent, Inc. was very helpful and professional. All of our maintenance issues were immediately addressed. We look forward to do business with them in the future.

I did not have a good experience. There was a whole lot of back and forth, missing application, etc. I should have followed my instincts when the property advertised had no pictures of the interior. I wish they were transparent from the start. Response No, I do not believe your company was transparent, it was a lot of back and forth and I had to reach out several times, then being told my application was missing and I had to fill and submit another, only to be told you selected another person, etc. So many inconsistencies.
