I hired this company to manage my property, and it all seemed to be going seamlessly at first. After about a year, however, things began to sour. Me and my wife and children have been in a rental through Advanced Rent for close to two years. They are amazing. Lauren is always very helpful with maintenance concerns and we've never had to worry. They offer flexible options for us as far as month-to-month vs. lease. If you've ended up in a property ran by these guys, take a breath of fresh air. It's a straightforward and easy experience.
We stayed in one of their property for one year and we loved so much living there. It was a clean, super safe and comfortable place to live. We still miss the neighborhood. Lauren from Advanced Rent, Inc. was very helpful and professional. All of our maintenance issues were immediately addressed. We look forward to do business with them in the future.
