The worst management I’ve ever had. The took our deposit, let our neighbor harass us, and maintence constantly left my doors unlocked. They will take your deposit even if you were a 22 year old girl LIVING ALONE and never had guests over…. This place needs to be shut down. Here is the list they provided us.
I beg of yall to find a different company to rent from. I stayed in one of their properties in ‘24 and it was an abysmal situation. I received a phone call out of office hours from Tammy Dunnigans personal number to curse me out. They will take advantage of you at every turn. They’ve been under investigation from the Better Business Bureau many times. Do yourself a favor and find another group.
Worst realty company in Boone. Actual slumlords who will blatantly lie to your face about cleaning in between tenants, even when there are covid tests from the previous tenant left in the bedroom! This is the sketchiest rental company in Boone, not to mention they are incredibly rude, dismissive, and very obviously take advantage of young people being out on their own for the first time.
