I love the service at Beverly tower imaging but the guy who left me a voice mail with the wrong information definitely needs training on how to speak on the phone and not sound lost and how to give the correct information to the patients. I arrived one hour earlier for no reason missing my other appointments and having to change my schedule due to his incompetence and lack of knowledge.
The staff was great
The technicians are wonderful They are positive friendly and show they care Very professional
