The receptionist informed me that paperwork from my doctor was incomplete; so I could not have my screening CT for cancer. She made no effort to obtain the missing info and made no effort to contact me prior to my arrival. Her supervisor, Olivia obtained the missing info, and I was able to complete the 2 minute screening. I’m grateful to Olivia.
