Very friendly and precise
The staff are very friendly and professional But the people who answered the phone when I asked them the time of my appointment, I was on line for 16 Minutes then they asked me 8 questions to tell me if it’s 5:00 or 5:30 my appointment.

Good performance of the test. Comfortable setting. But wait times a bit long. And reception staff confused and unaware of how to access billing and insurance data in their own systems. Patients should be sure to bring insurance proof and preapproval reference numbers etc to avoid the risk of delay. The advice about how to prepare for the test is also incomplete and inaccurate.

I did more than 4 or 5 times p.CT ,CT ,MRI,and bone scan here . I’m very satisfied because the personals are kindness, arrangement and accurate.
