I waited 3 hours for an X-ray. Other people came in after me for an X-ray and went first. One had a child with him - that was not having the X-ray. Another was a child with parents. If I had known I needed a child to get through first I would’ve brought one with me. I did not look at my phone ones. I watched the front desk. I asked when am I next and them kept saying soon. Out rages waiting time. Deplorable and highly disrespectful.
I went in for a CT scan on my brain and ultra sound on my neck. I was so stress out wondering if I was a caudate for a stroke. My GrandFather and Father both had strokes. We I arrived everyone was smiling and very helpful, so I sat down and put my ear buds in and turned up the music trying not to worry. Staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. This was my second visit to this location -with the first being about 5 years ago, and I don’t know if it was a result of people taking the Friday afternoon off before a Monday holiday, but unlike last time, this visit involved the lobby wait, then the STANDING ROOM ONLY additional 30 minute wait to be called in to the actual exam room, which was followed by a further wait of over 30 minutes to receive the image scans on a disc to carry back to Dr. -An important thing to ... read more
